It is suitable for international students or an employed, single person.
Just 5 minutes walking distance from Kananook train station and it is very close to the shops & services.
The beach is only a 10 minute walk & sporting facilities are a few minutes walk up Hartnett Drive.
You must be employed or be an international student.
Please provide a reference from your employer or from a previous rent agency. You must be willing to undergo a police check.
